As part of our normal business operations, we run lead-generation advertising campaigns (including on Meta/Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube), collect enquiries through online forms, and contact prospective buyers by phone call, SMS, and/or WhatsApp to understand their requirements and share suitable property options.

We do not directly sell, rent, or hold title to any property. All properties referenced in our marketing are offered by third-party RERA-registered developers; we recommend all users verify project details on the official MahaRERA website: https://maharerait.mahaonline.gov.in.

2. Information We Collect

a) Information you provide directly

Name, phone number, email address, city/locality preference, budget range, and property requirements submitted via our website forms, Meta/Instagram Lead Ad instant forms, WhatsApp, landing pages, or phone calls. Any additional details you share with our sales/relationship managers during follow-up calls or site visits.

b) Information collected automatically ("Device Information")

IP address, browser type, device type, time zone, referring URL, and pages viewed on the Site, collected through cookies, pixels (including the Meta Pixel), and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

c) Information from third parties

When you enquire through a Facebook or Instagram Lead Ad, Meta shares the information you entered into that form (e.g., name, phone number, email) with us, subject to Meta's own data policies.

4. Facebook / Instagram / Meta Lead Ads

Where you submit your details through a Lead Ad (Instant Form) on Facebook or Instagram, you acknowledge that:

Our team may call, SMS, or WhatsApp you using the phone number you provided, to discuss your property requirement.
You may withdraw consent or request deletion of your data at any time by contacting our Grievance Officer (Section 10).

RERA-registered developers/builders whose projects match your stated requirements, so they or we can follow up with you.
Service providers who support our operations (e.g., CRM/telephony providers, analytics providers, hosting providers), under confidentiality obligations.
Meta, Google, and other advertising platforms, only in aggregated/anonymized form for ad measurement and targeting purposes — never your name, phone number, or email, unless you have separately consented (e.g., via a Lead Ad).
Legal or regulatory authorities, where required by law, court order, or RERA regulations.

We do not sell personal information to third parties for their independent marketing use.
